*Designing jobs in terms of duties and responsibilities, reporting lines and supervisory role.
*Co-ordinate and assist to respective department for the new recruitment staff
*Orient employees regarding the respective job scope and Company’s vision & mission and to instruct & train new employees.
*Co-ordinate and liaise with respective township Labour office for employment contract and Social Security Board for other related benefits of all employees
*Prepare and maintain the Standard Employment Contract for all employees;
*Participates to advise on staff welfare and health and safety issues,
*Check to calculate and arrange for process of attendance, allowance & other related matters.
*Minimum of University Graduate/ equivalent level (HR diploma will be preferable).
*Minimum 3 years experiences in HR field.
*Well experienced and knowledge skill in the field of Human Resources Management.
*Must have willing to learn & study related field.
*Good understanding Labour law
*Able to use Computer well with Microsoft Office Application and email.
*Must be a team player and high motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure.
*Excellence in communication, interpersonal skill, good presentation skill and negotiation skill, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
