Job Descriptions:
• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Improving relations between staff and employers
• Overseeing recruitment efforts & Payroll process
Job Requirements:
• Master or Bachelor degree (with MBA or Diploma in HRM preferred)
• Must have minimum 5 years in HR management field
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills
• The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
• Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations
• Good budgeting and IT skills
• Thorough and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• An interest in career development and training within the workplace
