- Overseeing department functions and managing employees.
- Must be well versed in each of the human resources disciplines – compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, attendance, recruitment and selection, solid communication skills.

- Every morning sharing to the worker about factory rule and regulation and termination.
- Checking wearing uniform and worker ID card and check all the cleaning in canteen area and toilets.
- Purchasing factory needed item by admin.
- Check to Security team.
- Manual Attendance Records.
- Preparing by manual such as fingerprint for audits.
- SSB (prepare form 2 and follow-up with worker to get smart card and enrollment of worker SSB fees).
- Employment Contracts (Must be finished within 30 days).
- Over Time (Follow-up to apply weekly OT and Sunday OT when needed).
- Health and Safety of workers (from the beginning to the end).
- Updating to all documents and preparing for Audits time.
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Chinese language proficiency
