Duties & Responsibilities
-Provide selected training support and advice at all levels in the project.
-Identify HSE hazards in the workplace and support the risk management process.
-Participate in HSE meetings, TBTs and communicate by providing information and advice on relevant HSE matters.
-Participate, advice and support incident investigations.
-Develop plans for emergency response exercise.
-Monitor, identify and influence external developments.
-Develop standard operation procedures.
-Develop and facilitate the implementation of HSE policies, standards and guidelines.
-Site Inspections of work areas.
-Inspection and testing of fire protection equipment's emergency response facilities.
-Implement for environmental management & monitoring system.
-Regular reporting to relevant officers.( Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly).
-Any Graduate with HSE certificate holder.
-7 year- experience as safety personnel in Construction field.
-5 year- experience as safety officer roles in road construction projects.
