Lead Safety Officer (MEP)

The Lead Safety Officer shall report to the project manager and Divisional Safety Manager and shall be assigned principally to work on a prestigious new build Hotel project in Myanmar. We employ over hundred staffs in M&E construction project, M&E equipment maintenance and building facilities management.

လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်
-Liaise with the Project Manager for the preparation of weekly and monthly safety site reports.
-Prepare Health and safety plans including specific MEP safety risk assessments and evacuation plans for projects.
-Be responsible for a team of Safety Officers at the site.
-Be responsible for the health and safety of workers on site.
-Ensure the Site is managed in a safe manner at all times.
-Ensure full compliance with applicable safety regulations including wearing of PPE, safety signage, and emergency evacuation procedures.
-Be responsible for site protocol regarding COVID-19.
-Liaise with Main Contractor H&S Officers daily.
-Issue COVID-19 Reports in collaboration with HR department when positive the case occurs on site.
-Be responsible for providing new workers with H&S induction to Site.
-Be responsible for organizing access and site inductions to new workers.
-Be responsible for H&S assessment of sub-contractors tendering for packages of work.
