Job Description
- Mainly in charge of logistics administrative duty
- Prepare the documents for importing/exporting/shipment procedures
- Responsible for supporting to Logistics Officer
- Do the payment procedure
- Build a proper working environment with highly professional skills
- Answer incoming calls and transfer related department and deal with visitors
- Support administrative tasks such as purchasing, arrangement and booking, etc
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Must have over 3 years working experience as Logistics Admin in foreign logistics company
- Must have the experience of preparing the document for importing/exporting/shipment procedures
- Must understand the flow of logistics.
- Must have knowledge of customs clearance.
- Must be business level in English Language
Work Condition
Working Venue (Township): Botataung Township
Working hours: 9:00~17:30
Working Days: Monday ~Friday
