လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်

Job Summary:


Maintaining good relationship with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and custom brokers; scheduling shipment and deliveries; building relationship with vendors; getting shipping quotes and deciding the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability.


Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

-          List for Purchase order number and inform to Purchasing department

-          Checking the detail instruction of Purchase Order (Inco Term, payment term and Delivery date)

-          Prepare the documentation of apply the import license to Trade Government at Nay Pyi Taw

-          Checking the License expiry date and delivery time

-          Inquiry to forwarding Agent for arrange the shipment depends Inco term

-          Communicate with Foreign supplier for Delivery Date to Myanmar and follow up pending shipments

-          Prepare for Shipping Instruction and inform to shipper and forwarding Agent

-          Checking the shipping Documentation (BL, invoice and Packing list, C/O etc., )

-          Especially check and prepare for FORM E I FORM D and Insurance

-          Prepare the invoice for Custom clearance to Agent

-          Collaborate with the agent on the product requirements at the port when custom clearance

-          Inform the packing list to Warehouse in advance released cargo

-          When we released the Cargo, inform the detail information to warehouse and stock department

-          When we trade the Border Trade, negotiate to border custom clearance Agency

-          Prepare the require documentation for CB bank to Oversea Bank transfer the money

-          Calculate for DHL charges (Import item and export documents)

-          Prepare the DHL slip for all export documents from all departments

-          Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation  cycle to make sure established deadlines are met

-          Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible

-          Working the required work tasks of Board of Directors.

 

Job Specifications


-          Bachelor Degree (Prefer Maths, Physic)

-          Minium (3) Years of experience in require field. (If skillful in require field, Year of experience will be consider)

-          MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Email & Internet search,  Adobe Photoshop

-          English 4 skill (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) are required.
