Duties & Responsibilities:
· -Prepare Promotion Power Point, KPI about products and Competitor Sample.
· - Online Sale Order Data Entry and prepare order packaging.
· -Receive Online Sale Order From relative Channels and support promotion plan.
· -Making cash process by using with ERP system for the operations.
· -Survey collection to internal employees when produce new product items.
· -Contact with supplier for purchasing cases (Vinyl, PP board, Uniform, Marketing Tools...).
· -Perform any assign by immediate superior.
· - Make weekly report to line manager.
· Any Graduated
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing Operations and administration.
· Strong computer skills (Email, Word, Excel database management).
· Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
· Ability to solve practical problems in a quick and timely manner.
· Able to do idea creation and initiation.
· Able to coordinate with internal and external customers.
· Willingness to learn and acceptable new challenges.
