Manages marketing department staff and approves various strategies and projects as needed. Works with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. Reports to and coordinates with other department heads to manage company budgets, objectives, and activities.
Keep up-to-date on product lines as well as with the changing needs of the target market
liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
Depending on budget availability and the skills of the team, and choose to outsource certain elements of the marketing process
Maintain information on the company's websites, attend meetings regularly and communicate with clients while working in a team environment

Plan, oversee and follow up on the distribution of promotional projects as well as travel to trade shows
To produce handouts for a trade show or information packages for a mailing
Need to collect information from questionnaires, focus groups, the internet, interviews, buying habits, and many more sources, examined in a scientific way using proper statistical methods
Ensuring timely delivery
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Able to anticipate and have a strategic envision on the company product line.

Any Graduates (Marketing Diploma or Certificate is preferable)
Minimum 3 years’ experiences in Marketing Management and Customer Relationship Management with regards to the automotive industry
Excellent command of English (4 skills) – (Relevant Certificate Required)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet, Myanmar, and English Typing
Able to work under pressures and challenging situations
Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
Have good presentation skills
Able to work overtime if required
