- Any Graduated (Dip in Marketing) or (Dip iin Business Administration), MBA preferred.

-  At least  minimum of 7years senior marketing manager experience. in related field(addition to extensive experience in marketing, brand management,or sales)

- Strong highly organized, strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail. 

- Strong verbal, communication skills and presentation skill.

- Self motivated, strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

- Solid understanding of email KPIs and deriving insights for wider business reporting and actions.

- Design, implement,  and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.

- Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.

- Plans and administer the company's marketing budget and keep cost in control.

- Overall management of the marketing and communications budget in liaison with relevant colleagues to ensure appropriate and effective spend.

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
