Key Responsibilities
1. Primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships customers (outlets).
2. Deliver presentations to customers (outlets) whenever necessary.
3. Medical sales representative has to complete the task (sales target) within specific period of time.
4. Medical sales representative must also look forward to complying all policies and strategies of company.
5. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
6. Keep track of current trends of the market, competitors and report to management regularly.
7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
9. Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the EMP’s Code of Conduct and Myanmar’s legal system.
