- Train and manage merchandising staff for effective execution of merchandising activities both scheduled and ad hoc
- Ensure that all activities are delivered on-time, within scope and required quality
- Develop a detailed work plan based on the guideline to monitor and track progress
- Monitor and evaluate performance of the team and regularly update it to the manager
- Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and give accurate report on time
- Any bachelor degree holder with knowledge in business and marketing
- Age between 25-30 (Male preferable)
- Must have at least 3 years related work experience in the field of branding and marketing.
- Self-initiative and possess good analytical skills.
- Must have a good written and verbal communication in Myanmar and English
- Must have team spirit and organizing skills.
- Must be result-oriented with good management skills.
- Must have technical skills such as excel, power point, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive attitudes.
- Must be able to travel.
