Modern Off Trade Sales
DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility of development of Modern off Trade channel for imported products and achieving sales targets.
- Propose and facilitate development and implementation of the sales plans for Modern off Trade channel along with the line manager/ management.
- Ensure achievement of month on month Sales KPI's and targets as per agreement with management.
- Build and maintain the strong relationship with all buyers/ customers.
- Conduct regular market visits in alignment with company SOP's.
- Gather market trends, competitor data to evaluate the best solutions for enhancing sales.
- Conduct outlet checks to ensure enough stock inventory, product visibility, brand visibility as per agreements or promotion campaigns.
- Provide trade information, competitor’s activities and market intelligent to Marketing team and coordinate to develop marketing and promotional activities to be implemented for Modern off trade channel.
- Analyze merchandiser data to drive sales potential by negotiating with buyers so as to ensure healthy stock inventory and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with Marketing Team in formulating marketing and promotional activities for Modern off Trade channel.
- Minimum experience of 4 -5 years in Alco Beverage Industry or Reputable FMCG (Modern Off Trade Channel) having good relationship with key accounts.
- Diploma in Business Management/ Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
