National Sale Manager (Pharmaceutical Urgent)

Job Overview Serves customers by selling pharmaceutical products, develops, and manages a territory to achieve the maximum sales goals and maintain profitability.

Ø Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Ø Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Ø Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Ø Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Ø Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Ø Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Ø Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Ø Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Ø Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Ø Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Ø Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Ø Desired Skills and Expertise
Ø Male or Female age (35) and above.
Ø Any Graduate (or) Diploma of Sale and Marketing (or) MBA
Ø Minimum experience (5) years and above –
Ø Good command of English language, good communication, Computer skill, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
Ø Previous working experience as a National Sales Manager for (x) year(s)
Ø In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
Ø Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
Ø Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ø Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ø Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
