Responsibilities

- Assist in online Sales & Marketing.

- Able to build online community and drive sales

- Write for online, print, and social media communications.

- Able to write Content writing.

- Create online campaigns with self-initiative and a results focus.

- Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers by the phone.

- Consolidate comments and channels to respective Operations teams for immediate resolution.

- Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to ensure alignment in terms of promotions, pricing, campaigns, follow-up, etc.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Secondary School or Any graduated.

- Must be (2) years experience in online sales field (More preferable in Cosmetic products).

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
