· Manage emails and assist in setting up appointments
· Help with the communications with the team
· Company tax registration at the township office and tax office
· Employee income tax & SSB registration and management
· Employee contract township stamp approval
· Help with the HR for the company, checking all staff arrive on time and sign the book
· Make trips to the bank to check the statements
· Organize with office land lord for the form C and contract related documents
· Keeping the cash books and expenses for the business, managing all communications with accounting consultancy
· Keeping meeting minutes for all meetings – especially with trainers teachers, lecturers and coaches
· Assist in contacting, arranging and communicating with all trainers
· Collect all the receipts for the expenses paid by directors and load them into the cashbooks
· Trademark for the My Mentor brand with trademark authorization
· Top up mobile phones
Eduction to degree level
Must have at least 5 years in PA or administrative role
Must have good command of English language as well as Burmese
Must have good Microsoft office skills
