Main Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a first point of contact: deals with correspondence and phone calls
· Manages diaries and organizes meetings and appointments
· Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation when necessary
· Carries out the necessary procedures to organize events and conferences
· Reminds the Director of important tasks and deadlines
· Prepares reports, presentations and correspondence
· Manages databases and filing systems
· Implements and maintains procedures/administrative systems
· Organizes the Director's personal commitments including travel
· Making appointments and planning Director's diary
· Manages and arranges the appointment schedule for visitors, clients, and investors for Director
· Interprets /Translates documents from Myanmar to English and English to Myanmar. Public Relations and Image-Building
· Hold and keep safe of all legal documents and company records such as key changes, proposals, and Board resolutions, etc.
· Network with all the business partners and investor.
· Perform other duties and official functions as required by Director.
