Requirement
- BE(Civil)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Auto CAD
- At least (4) years experiences related field
- Good Communication skills
Responsibility
- Plan, schedule and work breakdown structure by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of Project Management software.
- Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on budget.
- Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect of the overall project.
- Review daily reports from site and store, modify schedules and plans as required and developing detail schedule and graphs. Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of works, including bar charts, gantlet chart.
- Coordinate with all project team and collect species of information from different parties and put them all together on one workable project adjustments etc management plan.
- Keeping in contact with the project managers and site engineer. Making adjustments to schedule if necessary.
- Ensuring that all the separate elements of the project fit together and are working toward a correct direction.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the managements.
- Preparation on detailed work template/format related with procedure of project.
- Preparation of Monthly & daily work plans and progress reports for project
- Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time,
resources and S-curve of each project based on monthly progress - Prepares cash flow, graph charts and gantt chart on planning projects
- Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
- Collaborate with project manager, site engineer and other professionals
- Reporting to CEO and DE about progress, delay, changes related with project
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring of Projects by ensuring quality, legal aspects, cost effectiveness and timely completion for projects
- Reporting to the senior planner who oversee Roads and bridge projects
- To manage on all aspects of project in terms of time, cost and quality.
- To mainly support the Project Manager and Project team with information to execute the project in time and within the budget allocated.
- Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
- Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
- Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
- Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
- Prepares the monthly Labor histograms
- Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
