The main role of the position is to ensure the processes need of operation (import& Logistic, Local Purchase and stock) are maintained and implemented

- Functional Responsibilities
• To manage and respond all shipping technical support to management and other related divisions.
• To ensure all controls, policies and procedures (Import duty, Tax, Supplier evaluation, contract, Handling of Payments, Domestic and International Logistics etc) are followed.
• To organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with company requirements.
• To monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
• To respond efficient levels of stocks being maintained and no overstocking.
• To oversee management of items while in stock to protect against damage, theft, losses, etc
• To verify all payment processes of operational Department.
• To respond of direct investigations to verify and resolve shipper complaints.
• To manage and organize international transportation planning.
• To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

To be considered, you will have:
- Bachelor's/University Degree/Diploma in procurement, logistics & supply chain management
- Proven experience in engineering & construction industry
- Knowledge in International trade/ transportation/ Customs.
- Good of analytical, organization and communication skills.
- Fluent English for both skills writing and speaking.
