This position is accountable to assist in the development and implementation of respective Supplier product and trade marketing plans and the achievement of respective Supplier sales with all trade customer including wholesales, Retail, High Traffic and partner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the assigned sales target and growth
  • Achieve sales by Client, plan and execute the activities in line with client and company perspectives
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities
  • Manage both the marketing and the sales responsible for the assigned client
  • Managing the regular sales, consignment sales, mobile sales, tender and project sales.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Generating and Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Rolling Order Forecasting, Manage PO and Monthly meeting and close coordination with Client and ISC Team
  • To analyze A&P activities in terms of cost and benefits, Evaluating return on investment (ROI)
  • Establishing good communication between team and any other team as well as customers.
  • Develop, share, and implement best practices to support and grow respective client business
  • Refreshing technical knowledge as needed
  • Drive self- learning and improvement in areas of Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning
  • Management of regular market visit and monitor and report on the activities of competitors and identify business opportunities and threats
  • Conduct strategic reviews with client on a regular basis to review service needs and business objectives
  • Collection Plan, Cash management, Credit management & collection follow up, Risk management
  • Keeping necessary records and documents


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast Learner
  • Good at computer skills and presentations
