· Preparation of Power Points presentation & training equipment set up.
· Modified / revised training modules (if needed) for improvement.
· Developing post test questions for related training module as necessary.
· Develops and updates training modules for each program.
· Training improvement to the required standard.
· Evaluates the training materials, updates and improves all training materials, aids and facilities as per new requirement.
· Review Trainees’ activities of training post-test, assignment, presentation.
· Correction of post Test
· Prepares and submits required reports and submit to training manager & give feedback to related Sales & Marketing Manager
