•At least Master’s degree in public health/ Health Economic/ Public Administration/ Health Social Science/ Epidemiologyor relevant post-graduation with a valid SAMA Registration
•At least 5yearsof successful work experience in leading progamme/ Departmentor similar position with similar job scope in the related area (Public Health) and project management
•Strong experience of working with National Disease Control Programmes, Bilateral or Multilateral Donor Agencies
•A total of at least 10 years of working experience in the public health field including 2 years of successful work experience as a clinical doctor in a related area.
•Strong and proven experiences in proposal writing and success for GFATM, 3MDG/Access to Health Fund, USAID,and other funds.
•Excellent ability in developing donor reports, budgets,and other documents in English.
•Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
•Computer literacy specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook, Access)
•Excellent leadership skill and interpersonal skill, and decision-making skill
•Be absolutely respectful to all confidential issue regarding patients’ information or any information concerned with programme or issues of the organisation.
•Personal integrity, honesty,and positive thinking
•Good analytical skills (with the capability to focus on details if necessary)
•Good holistic point of view and bird’s eye view management skills
