- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Good experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)and Auto CAD .
- Good personalities, strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language
