Responsibilities

•     Responsible for the project planning, documentation and execution of architectural works
•     Review project specifications and technical clarifications
•     Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, MOS
•     Carry out inspection, trade demo, material testing and mock up
•     Procurement and monitor archi related materials
•     Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
•     Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors

Requirements

•     Degree Holder : Architectural or Civil with Archi works experience
•     Min 5years experience in related field.
•     Work with main contractor/subcontractor experience are preferred.
