Provide overall technical and administrative leadership.
Facilitate the conceptualization and development of livelihood promotion.
Coordinate project implementation with Local Partners.
Represent WVM in external and internal events.
Identifying local stakeholders build a network and manage relationships.
Lead on baseline, mid-term review and endline data collection, development of M&E mechanisms and project
Require knowledge and skills
Relevant qualification in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering. Preferably Master’s
degree in related filed.
(5) years of senior-level management experience in the development sector, including experience in livelihood,
nutrition and advocacy programming. Having experience in TVET and vocational program will be a prefer asset.
Technical proficiency in livelihood/economic development program design, implementation, and M&E.
Knowledge of community based organisations and processes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, i.e. word, excel, internet.
Good command of English and report writing.
