· Responsibility to inspection the payments (Materials quantity, Rate, Other, Daily Labor, Labor Contract, and Machinery from relevant department).
· Inspection the statement of claim submitted by the contractor, including the rates used shall be in the accordance to the contract rates.
· Review and Checking Internal Budget for Operation Costs. (If Construction Method is changed, Re-estimate the Internal Budget according to operation plan & schedule.)
· Begin responsibility for invitation with subcontractors that analysis and selection processes. (Such as call quotation, appropriate Prices Negotiations and among other)
· Calculating Tender Estimates, Negotiating and analyzing costs for tender and internal budget.
