Job Description:
- Technical support for live 2G/3G/4G/SRAN radio products (BSC, RNC, OMS, BTSMED and 2G/3G/4G BTS and SBTS)
- Improve Daily/Weekly routine health check procedure (RNC, BSC and other relative performance monitoring element)
- Can involve in upgrade of radio access network (BSC, RNC, OMS, SBTS, BTS)
- Monitoring of Radio Access Network (2G/3G/4G/SRAN) and troubleshoot them at Level 2
- Can manage and support subcontractor/partner for on-site troubleshooting
- Identification and prioritization of faults via network alarms: taking decisive steps to ensure appropriate levels of response for fault resolution
- Handling Software upgrade of BSC, RNC, OMS, SBTS, BTS
- Can initiate and support for care ticket and coordinate with L3 support team
- Preparing weekly and monthly SLA reports
Requirement:
- Should have at least 5 years experiences
- Must have experience and familiar with mcBSC, mcRNC, Netact
- Ability to support 24/7 emergency support on weekly basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
