problem with the telephone lines or with the operation system.
Assist Admin Coordinator on ticketing, hotel booking and bills settlement.

Can identity at least 3 travel agents that provide the most economical airfare.
All the visitors are to be referring to the right department or persons.
Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy.
Understanding Sourcing Activities for Hotel Air Ticket and Venue.
Prequalify supplier process & Support Departments/staff on event/workshop, training in Yangon/NO.
Recorded and filing all the document of Sourcing.
Require knowledge and skills
University Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Experience Minimum 3 year experiences in related work.
Fluency in both (English /Myanmar) Communication skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and team skill and proven ability.
To be flexible in demanding situations.
Strong organizational and administrative skills Essential.
