Direct Reports: Modern Trade (ON/ OFF) Team
· Propose, develop, implement and monitor commercial strategies for the imported spirits products.
· Overall responsibility to develop respective channels for the products and achieving sales targets.
· Build and maintain the strong relationship with all key customers/ buyers to ensure sales volumes.
· Directly negotiate on behalf of subordinates if they need assistance in clinching a deal.
· Develop and negotiate product listing, sales volumes in new MT accounts across the assigned regions.
· Propose and ensure achievement of profitable sales volumes and associated budgets
· Plan, check and monitor daily sales operations to ensure outlet visitation, conversion and run rate for sales achievement.
· Monitor and ensure cost control relating to sales operations all teams related to imported spirit products
· Understand customer/ consumer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities for all relevant channels
· Provide trade information, competitor’s activities and market intelligence to
· Marketing team and coordinate to develop marketing and promotional activities to be implemented for all relevant channels
· Coordinate with marketing team for development and execution of POSM required for outlets and key accounts.
· Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales force to ensure sales target and other KPI's are met.
· Bachelor and/or Master degree in Business Management
· 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales in Alco Beverage Industry or reputable FMCG companies focusing on Modern Trade channel.
· Open to Myanmar National only
Skills and Competencies
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and local language.
· Advanced level skill on MS office tools (Power Point, Excel, and Word etc…)
· Experience in management of distribution business operations
· Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
· Experience in managing sales team
