1 JOB DESCRIPTION
1.1 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
1.2 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
1.3 Responding to incoming email and phone enquire.
1.4 Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
1.5 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
1.6 Gathering market and customer information;
1.7 Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
1.8 Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
1.9 Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
1.10 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
1.11 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
1.12 Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
1.13 Regularly entertain major clients of the Company;
1.14 Pay regular visits to all major/key accounts
2.1 Preferably a university degree or college diploma in Hospitality,Marketing, Communications or related field is required
3.1 Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with experience in related Sales and Marketing
3.2 Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required
3.3 Proof of previous sales success
3.4 Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with experience in related Beer.
4. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
4.1 Good communication and presentation skills are required; fluency in English
4.2 Command of negotiation skills;
4.3 Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to achieve all sales objectives
4.4 Strong network of connections is an asset
4.4 The ability to drive is an asset
5.1 At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
5.2 Extensive knowledge in liquor production and description.Able to communicate a variety of product offerings.
5.3 Must be able to communicate in English in order to communicate with English speaking suppliers, customers and co-workers.
5.4 Ability to work well with others.
5.5 Communicate and teach product knowledge of staff
5.6 A proven track record of meeting sales target
5.7 Contacts in F&B industry is a plus
5.8 Able to work a flexible schedule base on the needs of the store, including nights.
