Sale Executive – FMCG
v Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.
v Supervises high volume sale administrative environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a sale team.
v Manage retail staff, people working on the floor.
v Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
v Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
v Organize and distribute staff schedules.
v Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Ø University graduate, ideally with sales and marketing diploma.
Ø At least 2 years of the sales supervisor experience as similar capacity in FMCG industry.
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
Ø Results delivery, problem solving ability and effective communication ability.
Ø High motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure.
