An opportunity has arisen within our team and we are looking for an experienced driven Sales/ Admissions Manager, Education. You must have a winning mindset, to own and drive sales expansions, building upon our existing profile in the Education sector. Based from our offices in Yangon, you will be focused on growing local sales first, before expanding to International markets.
As a senior member of the Brainworks team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a winning sales strategy.
Once momentum is established you will be responsible for building the sales team and growing traction in additional local markets
You will grow and develop Brainworks-Total My Myanmar group of school’s business and revenue streams by identifying, negotiating and closing direct sales.
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics.
Work with the PR department to strategize
You have deep sector experience, knowledge and network connections.
Proven success exceeding sales targets
building custom business cases, based on clients’ needs, to demonstrate ROI
Strong influential, communication and presentation skills
Self-starter able to simply get the job done. Experience breaking into new markets is an advantage
Willing and able to travel locally.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Understanding of how to position products against competitors
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers.
Preferably have an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with minimum 3 years’ experience. Salary, Benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
