-General support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
-Update and create sales sheets, logs and reports in Excel.
-Calculate monthly sales numbers and send report to sales manager.
-Preparing, printing and filing/scanning relevant document and forms.
-Order marketing and promotion material and accessories.
-Coordinate and keep contact via mail, viber and phone with sales force in the field.
-Keep record of customer information for daily and monthly reports
-Write daily sales call and report to Supervisor
-Ability to work well in a team.
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Proficiency in English
-Track record of over-achieving sales quota
