Understand and survey competitors' information, mistry check competitors' showroom, products, prices, SWAT points
Record daily customers and control sheet of every walk-in, telephone enquiry, email and social media enquiry.
Follow Ford standard process, take properly care of the customer's need and complete customer's record form.
Follow up all of the customers according to showroom sales process and internal control forms
Take care or chasing up order units as well as showroom display vehicles, all sales vehicles and keep customers regularly updated on vehicles status, progress, and prior prepare for necessary documents
Direct report to Yangon Sales Manager and keep updated on any detail of documentation or any difficulty

Any financial issue occurred, direct Supervisor or Manager must be informed for approval
