Lithan is in the phase of hyper growth internationally, and we are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who has an excellent phone presence and understands the rewards behind the challenges of outbound prospecting. You are quick in building relationship, strong in lead nurturing, and driven by incentive compensation package.
This is a 100% inside sales development role. You will play an important part in our sales process, working closely with the business unit to drive overall business growth in your country.
What you'll be doing:
- Attend to all marketing generated leads.
- Carry out outbound cold-calling, email correspondence and other forms of digital prospecting to targeted prospects.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales target, and metrics.
- Become a product expert on Lithan’s solution, engage in value-based conversation and sell through consultative selling practices.
- Meticulous in recording all interactions with leads in our CRM system, record upkeep, as well as forecast accuracy, and pipeline reporting.
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and qualify leads through phone, and email.

- Goal-oriented and focused on attaining sales objectives.
- Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead conversion, forecasting and sales target.
- Experience in direct sales, outbound sales call into B2C and retail customer account.
- Familiar with or from Training, Services, or Solution based industry.
- Strong ownership in driving sales, and pride in 1st class customer engagement.
- Competitive, positive, energetic, driven, focus and committed.
- Working knowledge of CRM.
- Discipline to maintain high call volumes, maintain a professional and reliable attitude.
- Exceptional Banter and rapport building skills.
- Maintain, organize and set priorities throughout your business day.
