• Build good business relationship with clients
• Spend more time in the field to generate new clients for the projects.
• Technical checking of proposal together with Sales Support Department prior to submission
• Nourish submitted proposal up to closing stage.
• Satisfactory after Sales Service to encourage repeated client & referrals
• Other sales related activities as required by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Technical School Graduate)
• Graduate of Non-Technical Higher Education is acceptable
• Minimum 1 year in Sales related to construction industry
• Fresh Graduates are acceptable if enthusiastic to learn, dynamic and Pro-active personality.

• Computer-literate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Myanmar.
• Self-motivated with Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge to do product presentation is a plus
