Sales Manager is responsible to lead, coach and motivate the sales team. Work closely with other stakeholders to develop market Strategies.

Job Description
- Drive closely with sales team to achieve sales growth, motive team, counseling and product knowledge education
- Strong Analysis on Distribution Tracking, Sales Performance, Data with Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Maintain and develop cordial relationship with existing customers and providing solutions to their queries and complaints
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Develop and execute plans to achieve of Operational and Sales KPIs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Job Requirement
- Any degree holder (prefer Business related degree)
- Age between (30 – 45) years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or distribution companies
- Successful previous experience as Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience in local market penetration with related filed
- Good command of English
- Ability to use of Microsoft office, numerical, analytical abilities would be advantage
