Lead own sales team and managed the sales pipelines and opportunities assigned to own sales team to achieve monthly target. This includes:
Forecasting the team performances and targets
Allocation of accounts to the team members
Coach and training the sales team members
Drive for performance and OKR of the sales team
Budget management of the own sales team
Create special sales packages/offers for target client industries
Craft customised media and marketing service packages to achieve client’s marketing objectives
Developing and monetizing the long-term media sponsorship proposals in line with the industry requirements through the collaboration with the operations team (Production, Online Marketing and Editorial Teams)
Develop commercial partnerships with outside organizations to achieve Duwun's goals.
Administrate all sales: Ensure all documentation (Contracts, pro-forms and reports) are turned in on time, Ensure CRM is well managed and updated for management decisions.
Perform all other Sales, Marketing, Events and Business Development projects as assigned.
Sharing the industry intelligence and feedback from the clients to internal team members for the purpose of product development and output management.
Report to Head of Business Development on performance of sales team members and revenues.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
5 Years of experience in relevant fields (Sales, Marketing and Customer Services)
Strong Experience in B2B sales and Marketing
Language skills: Fluency in Myanmar and English Languages
Strong understanding of Myanmar Business environment
Strong experience in designing and delivering attractive sales packages
Proven understanding of systems and sales operation design
Strong understanding of marketing concepts and applications
Analytical and results-driven mindset
Proven record of sales target achievements
Strong Relationship building with multiple stakeholders
Project management background
Repatriates preferred
