Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• You will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing the nationwide sales team and also eCommerce team members to achieve sales targets
• This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and eCommerce business development plans.
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
• Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
• Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer
• You will be responsible for driving sales
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• You will drive range reviews andpromotions
• You will develop strategies to improve profitability
• You will attend various local trade shows and events
• You will be predominantly office based with monthly travel nationally
• This role reports into the CEO and senior level
Requirements
• 10 years wholesale, retail, eCommerce sales experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
• Experiences in dairy, FMCG, F&B, modern trade and regional trade a plus
• Experience with digital marketing and online sales
• Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Director
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team
• Knowledge of e-Commerce, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and ERP a plus
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude ,
