Duties & Responsibilities

-Manage and Monitor Frozen / Chill Sales and Distribution ( All Channel )

-Frozen / Chill Purchase Order Proposal 

-Coordination Meeting for Frozen / Chill Purchase Order every week 

-Weekly Sales and Distribution Analysis every week 

-Practicing Open Communication , Trust , Respect and Honesty to all Modern Trade Team Member

-Close coordination to Sales Admin for Sales Order to assure Processing of Sales Invoice

-Close coordination to Secretary ( Issues / Problem )

-Product Display Analysis Store check per Branch / Check and Balance Report from Supervisor

-Top Priority - Non City Mart ( Increase the Business )

-Product Sales Presentation to Modern Trade Manager / Buyer especially New Product

Requirements

-4 Years in Modern Trade as Manager / 30 Years Old and Above

-Knowledge of City Mart Portal operation and Good Track record of Customer Relationship

-Independent , Good at Communication with Strong people Management Skill

-Good Product Management ( Forecasting , Distribution / Placement , Planogram , Merchandising , Shelf Sharing , Pricing )

-Good Knowledge of Modern Trade

-Leadership and Management Skills

-Good Decision making / Good Attitude

-Able to operate MS Office Excel and Power Point in particular

-Leader by Example Mind set
