Sales Representative

-Can be able to do the assessment and evaluate all staffs of Sales Team. -Can be able to manage and supervise all the process of Sales Team. -Can manage and supervise according to the company procedure and for the special circumstances they can execute and manage on the approval of manager.

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies ∙ Building business relationships with current and potential clients ∙ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
- Collaborating with Project Management Team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information ∙ Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM platform. ∙ Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term Sales plans
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning to know who makes decisions about purchasing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have the bachelor or master degree in any subject:
- Must have Business management degree or diploma
- Proven 1 years’ experience in related field
- Preferably Sales experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent presentation and consulting skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customer business and requirements
- Must have Customer Services Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill and Negotiation
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Excellent English 4 skills
