Job Requirements:

•    Prefer to sales Supervisor experience in Area Distribution Channel

•     Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

•    Meet with customers to discuss their needs and to assess the quality of our company’s   relationship with them

•    Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

•    Monitor and coaching the sales teams to achieve KPIs

•   Develop and activate the sales teams call plan at professional way(in effective sales calls)

•    Develop and activate the sales team’s territory management

•    Train and continuous coaching to the Sales Reps to become professional sales staff
•    Fix problems come into the Sales Team

•  Find out the strengths and weakness of the sales team


Skills
•    Any graduate.
•     Must be have related Sales Diploma (or) Certificate.
•     Age between (25) to (35) years old.
•     Must be proficient in Microsoft application.
•     At least (4) years’ experience in related sales Supervisor level more preferable in FMCG           field.
•     Must be able to travel.
•     Must be patient and good communication.
•     Must be able to work under pressure.
•     Must be healthy and corporate with Company for long time.
•    Good in personality and customer service skills
•    Live in Mawlamyaing Area .
