Regularly record all project information and related documents

Help update and record of client’s profiles and project database

Create and maintain strong relationship with clients

Coordinate a high volume of administrative support activities

Assist with promotional activities and market research according to pre-established guidelines

Successfully schedule appointments for call-ins with sale/marketing executives

Regularly follow up with referrals, prospects, and clients

Ensure that corporate compliance standards are met

Coordinate and co-operate with internal related departments such as Design and Quantity Survey departments

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor or Degree in Engineering (Civil), Bachelor/ Degree with emphasis on sales or marketing or business is more preferable

Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing field

Be able to communicate in English well

Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
