- Deep technical knowledge in SAP Customer Service. (CS)
- Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
- Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service. Strong process knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Repairs and Service Notifications, Warranty and Contracts
- Experience in customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
- Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ability to read and debug ABAP codes.
- Hands-on project experience of similar nature, working in multi-system integrated environment, involving technical enhancements to SAP
- Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces
- Experience with intercompany postings and pro forma invoices. Worked on revenue recognition and repair order process.
- Working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements
- Testing and rollout of the change request. Independent working on data preparation and UAT.
- Candidate can working in Hlaing TharYar Industrial Zone
- Bachelor in Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 1 years of experience in SAP projects.
- Candidate should be able to independently execute designs and be able to provide alternatives for challenging business requirements.
- Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams
