- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- To purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
- Must be maintenance of Office Assess , Vehicle Control.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Arrange the travel ticket booking and hotel booking for local and oversea trip.
- Do the other Admin Tasks to support the organization.
- Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process.
Control the petty cash for Admin Department. Follow the instruction of Manager depend on situation.
- Any Graduate, Above 25
- Minimum experience of (4) years in Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication in both English and Myanmar language
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )
