Job Description
- Leading the team in implementing engineering practices and mentor the developers in
Python development best practices. - Working with the business and the Product Owner at the early stages of ideas to
determine feasibility and possible technical approaches. - Assist in the strategic development of future ERP planning
- Develop and modify ERP system programs, reports, forms, Code units for OpenERP,
and objects from related systems and applications. - To create, maintain and customize OpenERP
- Implementing new features to the current modules
- Create and customize reports using RML / web-kit (V8)
- Work with departments to define required programming tasks and needed applications
- Work in the strategic development of future ERP planning.
- Understand business needs
- Design simple and scalable operational processes
- Technical Team Lead with the overall responsibility for the technical/functional support.
- Track and report on progress to plan. Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
- Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
