· Handling phone call for customer complaints and check with CCTV and inform to Sale & Marketing head.

· Solving take action for reporting from all biryani restaurants.
· Check and follow completion maintain, build and fitting Electrical, dormitory and Nilar biryani restaurants of MERV & Admin Department.
· Check and follow up Nilar branch biryani restaurants.
· Reminding for all remaining important tasks and deadlines from all departments to HOD and other Level and report to CEO.
· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
· managing databases and filing systems
· Report to CEO presentation and suggestion by all department.
· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
· booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
· organizing events and conferences
· implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Miscellaneous tasks to support to CEO.
· At least 4 years’ experience in Secretary/PA field
Bachelor degree from engineering background and prefer also diploma in business
· fluent in Engilsh 4 skills
· Availability to drive and have driving license .
· Able to work under pressure
