Senior Service Engineer

To provide effective and efficient professional support in the field (such as installation, repairs and preventive maintenance) To establish and maintain proper relationships with customers.

· Ensure compliance to all safety concerns
· Perform installations together with my team members
· Setup and communicate network connections between modalities
· Conducts regular maintenance services as per instructions
· Attend to service calls and troubleshooting of systems when activated
· Prepare detail service reports for service performed
· Update and maintain all service-related documentations in database
· Provide service training to customer when necessary
· Monitor and justify movement of spares inventory
· Travel around the country when problems are occurred
· Assist Project Management Team if necessary
· Support the service (24/7)
· Report to manger
Job Requirements
- Advanced Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics, Electrical Power or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of engineering in healthcare industry
- Proficient in Computer System, Hardware and Networking Knowledge
- Great Customer Relationship Management
- Great Microsoft office skills
- Good leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management skills, team building and motivation
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge sharing, team work and reporting system.
- Able to travel for requirement
- Able to perform 24/7 stand-by duties
- Physically fit as physical work is required
- Willingness to learn and accept new challenges
- Hands–on, multitask and work independently
