* Resolve customer complain & after sales service
* Supervise day-to-day operations in the service department
* Provide internal leadership and guidance to the team.
* Minimum of University Graduate , B.E (EC) , A.G.T.I (EC) will be preferable.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in mobile service & electronic service field
* Must have good communication in English and interpersonal skill
* Must be a strong leadership with Good problem solving skill.
* Able to use Computer well with Microsoft Office Application and email.
