Job Summary Job Overview The Social Media Manager will manage and operate the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Creating an annual content calendar and marketing plan
· Aligning in-store promotions with online activities
· Creating and publishing original, creative content relevant to the brand
· Manage and oversee all social advertising campaigns
· Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content
· Identifying target customers
· Increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
· Responding and engaging with the audience
· Converting fans into customers (outlined in marketing plan)
· Reporting on efficiency and impact of ads (engagement analysis, Facebook boosting, post insights and strategy, etc).
· Designing graphics and visuals for each post
Qualifications
